COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Te Connectivity 253-TALU-LSHG-C6-A5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triad products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thornton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triad such as the TR424CAUA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 333101 manufactured by Thornton and we are pleased to be able to service most Thornton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi15CP40FDZ30X2S10 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Bi15UCP40VN4K2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torque such as 11042K equipment made by Torque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XMLP3K0PD23 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular Bi2CRS317AP4X2H1141S34 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST08001 by Telemecanique and 11042K spares by Torque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BI20RQ14LU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
